Road work notice: Parking areas will be closed on Joanna Ave (south of Ruby St. to the Kahlua bar) to place the remaining city bricks in place of the gravel in the pocket parking spots. No parking barricades go up late Sunday evening on 4-18-21; Work begins early Monday morning 4-19-21. The city coordinated this work with the area businesses.
