• No pickup of Garbage, Brush or Recycling
• The next pickup of Garbage will be Mon. 11/28/22, Brush, Thurs. 12/01/22
• Thursday’s Recycling will be Friday, November 25, 2022
• For residents who can’t wait for garbage pick-up to occur after a holiday, a household may opt to bring garbage to the Lake County Landfill located in Tavares on County Road 561 physical address 13130 County Landfill Rd., Tavares, FL 32778 
• Disposal of household trash is FREE for any City of Tavares resident with a valid ID. Call ahead for hours of operation at 352-343-3776 (this is not a city facility).
