Facilities Management Division

Facilities Management is a multi-faceted division consisting of five highly-trained, certified, and licensed personnel responsible for the maintenance, repair, and renovations of all City infrastructure; including, but not limited to, air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, painting, dry-wall, and custodial needs.  The division is essential to all departments by creating comfortable and efficient work space environments for employees and provides planning, logistical, and operational support for City events facilitated by Community Services and Economic Development throughout the year.  Facilities Management is also instrumental in providing safe, accessible, and positive public use areas, which are vital for our diverse and active community.  Our steadfast commitment to public service is driven by ethical decision making, intelligent planning, and focused effort.
