To vote in City of Tavares elections residents must register at the office of the Lake County
Supervisor of Elections , in the County Administrative Building, 315 W. Main Street, Tavares, Florida, during the usual office hours.
Early Voting
The City of Tavares does not provide early voting in muncipal-only elections.
Absentee Ballots
If you are unable to vote on election day, you may request an absentee ballot. Call the Lake County Supervisor of Elections at 352.343.9734 for more information.
Polling Places for the City of Tavares:
On election day the polls are open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Bring photo ID, with signature. Check your voters registration card for your official polling place. On election day you must vote in your assigned polling place.
